[ ] Hardware dimensions, finish and fastening details
[ ] Logo artwork, placement, labels and approved application
[ ] Written approval of every substitution or sample revision

2. ORDER AND SCHEDULE
[ ] Quantity for each style-and-colour combination
[ ] Confirmed material and component purchasing requirements
[ ] Accepted quotation, payment terms and production start date
[ ] Dates for agreed production checks, inspection and dispatch
[ ] Additional time allowed for freight and destination clearance

3. INSPECTION AND EVIDENCE
[ ] Approved sample and current specification held together
[ ] Measurement, appearance and functional acceptance criteria
[ ] Any agreed product tests, methods and acceptance criteria
[ ] Relevant facility audit and material documentation reviewed
[ ] Process for recording, resolving and approving inspection findings

4. PACKING AND SHIPMENT
[ ] Individual protection, labels, barcodes and carton quantities
[ ] Carton marks and receiving warehouse instructions
[ ] Agreed Incoterm, named place and port
[ ] Commercial invoice, packing list and required transport documents
[ ] Any applicable origin or destination-specific documentation

Handbag MOQ: 100 bags per colour, per style.
Samples: free in 7–15 days; buyer pays courier charges.
Production: 75–90 working days from order confirmation or receipt of
the 30% advance payment, whichever is later.
Balance: 70% when goods are ready for dispatch.
