Our handbag minimum is 100 bags per colour, per style. That last part matters. An order of 400 bags could mean one style in four colours, or two styles in two colours each. Write out the combinations before you decide the total.

Count each combination

Give every style and colour its own line in the order plan. Two handbag styles, each in black and tan, create four combinations. At 100 bags each, the starting quantity is 400 bags. The planner above calculates this when every style has the same number of colours.

Check material and hardware requirements

A leather colour, custom buckle or packaging item may have its own purchasing minimum. We review these alongside your order mix before quoting. If one component changes, ask whether it affects the minimum, price or schedule.

Build a small quantity table

Use columns for style reference, colour and quantity. Add the proposed delivery date and flag any shared leather or hardware. If one style has more colours than another, use the table instead of multiplying a single colour count across the range.

Give accessories their own order lines

The minimum is also 100 pieces for belts, wallets and cardholders. List their styles, colours and quantities separately, and add the belt-size breakdown. Record the agreed assortment in the quotation; each category still has its own construction and material specification.

Confirm the order before booking a launch

Review the quotation, approved sample, quantity breakdown, packaging and delivery arrangements together. A starting minimum tells you how to plan the range. The final order confirms what will be made and when.

The 100-piece minimum applies across the range.

Farhan Exports has confirmed a 100-piece minimum for handbags, belts, wallets and cardholders. Handbags are 100 per colour, per style. Give accessories their own style, colour and belt-size breakdown so the quotation records the agreed assortment. The calculator above illustrates the handbag calculation.
