Agree the sizing method first

Define the measurement from the buckle to the reference hole. A size name alone does not describe the fit.

Set hole spacing, the number of holes and size increments. Include finished strap length and width.
03 / Buckle & keeper
Provide fitting dimensions and fastening method. A buckle-width change can affect the strap construction.

Share the full style, colour and size breakdown with the brief. If belts belong with a handbag range, send those material references together.

- Set the leather feel, thickness, backing or lining, colour and edge treatment.
- Buckle & finish
- Show the preferred shape, dimensions, metal finish and keeper construction. Custom fittings are reviewed before quoting.

- Mark logo position, size label, hangtag and barcode requirements. Include the artwork at its intended size.
- Sample review
- Check fit across the intended size range, operation of the fastening, edge finish and the way the strap passes through the keeper.
