A new trade advantage. An experienced maker.
India–UK CETA has been in force since 15 July 2026, opening preferential duty treatment for qualifying goods, subject to rules of origin and the required origin evidence. For a UK buying team, that is a practical reason to compare Indian manufacturing for the next range. Farhan Exports pairs that opportunity with four generations of leather expertise, in-house design and sampling, and a SMETA-audited manufacturing facility.
Build a focused first handbag range
Start with the shapes your brand can make its own: a shoulder bag, an everyday tote or a compact evening style. At 100 handbags per colour, per style, you can plan a focused opening order around selected designs. Our team develops the leather, lining, hardware and branding with you, so the sample reflects the collection you want to sell.
Keep the design and the buying decision together
A beautiful sample also needs a workable production specification. Share your target product price and delivery window early. Farhan Exports can review the construction and material choices alongside the order mix, then quote the agreed specification. Include wallets or belts where they complement the range; their minimum is also 100 pieces, with the assortment agreed in the quotation.
A partner your sourcing team can review
Ask for the Unnao facility’s SMETA audit information, finished-leather chromium VI and azo dye test reports, and the EU REACH declaration during supplier onboarding. We can discuss your additional product-testing and inspection requirements before sampling. The aim is a product your design team wants and a supplier your buying team can assess.
Turn the opportunity into your next collection
Send the styles, quantities, material direction and intended UK delivery date. Request a quotation with a named delivery term and port so you can compare landed costs. CETA eligibility is assessed for the actual product and its origin; freight, VAT and other charges remain separate. Begin with the product brief and we can work through the commercial detail together.
