Your handbag specification
For private-label or OEM development, the written brief and approved sample should describe the same product.
- Leather & structure
- Specify type, grain, thickness, colour and feel. Agree reinforcement, seam positions and the shape when the bag is filled.
- Inside the bag
- Draw the lining, compartments and pockets with their dimensions. Include labels and the contents each space needs to hold.
- Handles & hardware
- Set handle drop, strap width, attachments, closures and metal finish. Review component availability with the sample.
- Branding & presentation
- Provide logo artwork, application, labels and packaging. Include these details in the quotation rather than leaving them until packing.
Measurements make the idea clear
01 / Show the proportions
Send front, side and interior views. Mark width, height, depth and the dimensions that control the design.
02 / Review it in use
Fill the sample, check access and try the carry. Look at seams, corners, attachments and the lining together.
03 / Keep one approved reference
Record the leather, fittings, logo position and final measurements against the approved sample version.

What is the minimum handbag order?
100 bags per colour, per style. Two styles in two colours start at 400 bags. Send the full assortment so material and hardware requirements can be reviewed.
Can we work from a technical pack or an early idea?
Yes. Send the drawings and construction notes you have, or references with clear notes on what to develop. Farhan Exports has in-house design and sampling.
Can we specify testing for our market?
Share the destination, test requirements and acceptance criteria with your brief. Agree relevant material reports and any additional testing before production.
