The approved sample connects the development discussion to the production order. Record the materials, dimensions, construction and finishing details before work begins.
Cutting & preparation
Confirm the leather, pattern and component references for the agreed style.
Stitching & assembly
Carry the construction, seam and attachment details through from the approved sample.
Finishing, checking & packing
Review the product against the agreed criteria and prepare labels, protection and cartons for shipment.
The practical details, in one place.
- Minimum order
- 100 pieces across the range. For handbags, the minimum is per colour, per style. Record the style, colour and size assortment for accessories in the quotation.
- Samples
- Free samples in 7–15 days. The buyer pays courier charges.
- Production
- 75–90 working days from order confirmation or receipt of the 30% advance payment, whichever is later. Allow additional time for sample review and freight.
- Payment
- 30% advance; the balance of 70% is due when goods are ready for dispatch.
- Shipment
- Agree the Incoterm, named place and port in your quotation. Confirm packaging, labelling and documentation requirements before production.
