A design ready to make

Start with your technical pack

For OEM development, send drawings, dimensions, materials and construction notes. These become the shared reference for feasibility, sampling and quotation.

A collection in development

Start with your direction

Bring silhouettes, colours, textures and references, with notes on what each piece needs to do. Our in-house team can help develop the specification from that brief.

Private label describes whose brand the product carries. OEM describes a manufacturing arrangement. Agree design responsibilities, revisions, ownership and any exclusivity in writing for your project.

From first brief to production

A shared reference at every stage

  1. Brief & feasibility

Share the product, quantity breakdown, destination and required delivery date. Identify material, branding and packaging decisions still to be made.

  2. Develop & review

Review the sample’s construction, fit, access and finish. Consolidate comments against a dated sample version.

  3. Approve & confirm

Agree the specification, quality criteria, quotation and packing instructions. Production starts after order confirmation and receipt of the advance, whichever is later.

  4. Make & prepare

Use the approved reference for production and inspection. Agree shipment documentation and handover arrangements with the team.

Private-label & OEM questions

Can we start without a complete technical pack?

Yes. Bring clear references and explain the intended use, dimensions and features that define your brand. The team can help work through the specification.

What product categories can we develop?

Handbags, belts, wallets and cardholders, with work and travel bags discussed against a specific brief. Farhan Exports manufactures for brands and importers.

Who owns the design and development work?

Agree ownership, use of patterns and artwork, revisions and any exclusivity in writing before development. The website does not set those contract terms.

What documents can our buying team review?

Request the relevant facility audit information, supplier records, material reports and shipment-document checklist for your project. The documentation page explains the scope of the available evidence.
